Project: Start-up support with the who, what, how & when's!

"This rib boat is going to be incredibly highly spec'd, a true luxury... but more than that, I want to create the most amazing hospitality experience. We'd be really grateful for your support" came the approach from Tim Hogg, at the point when One Atlantek was little more than a dream.
Did I feel somewhat daunted? Tbh, yes... but I broke it down:
1. Did I feel confident in luxury branding strategies? Yes, defo.
2. Could I relate to the product? Hell yes (whizzing ribs around the Caribbean makes me a bona fide James Bond girl, right?).
3. Has it always gone well for my past start-up clients? Yes, and more so.

Let's be clear, 'Meraud' (the rib) was a seriously high investment, being a bespoke design and described by Ribeye as "Quite simply, the most stunning charter boat of this size operating right now"... the 'Aston Martin of the sea'.
Whilst the build was underway, I remained tightlipped and helped the OneAtlantek team with some of the 'why, who, what, how' type of planning.
Months later, it was time to commission some video footage of Meraud gracing the water. I approached Tom Carder Media for this, given Tom had already impressed me when spontaneously capturing drone footage of Meraud on an earlier test-drive.

We worked with Connie Meek Media for a logo design and she certainly delivered too. Quick as a flash, Tim had his lead vehicle, premises and clothing branded up and reflecting his commitment to quality.
I'm taking a phased approach to the website build for One Atlantek, to suit our strategy and the exciting roll-out of various planned initiatives.
Phase one introduced Meraud Atlantek herself and the experience-led philosophy of One Atlantek. Creating the right first impression was key and we were chuffed to find the website instantly opening doors for us (follow @oneatlantek for their news!).
"SJ is extremely competent and really takes the time to get to know the project she is working on. When I spoke to her about my vision for OA she was immediately excited and enthused for what might lie ahead. This then translated to a real investment on her behalf into OA and what we wanted to achieve. My creation of an online brochure (view here) also helped Tim to respond quickly and professionally to enquiries, whilst saving the website from being bogged down with the more techy details that were only relevant to certain audience groups.
Phase two had me integrate an enquiries functionality and e-commerce shop, enabling opportunities to be pre-qualified and online bookings to be made whilst Tim is busy on the water.
Phase three celebrates a significant expansion as One Atlantek opens their OA Academy - "a place where learning meets real-world experience like never before!".
This exciting opportunity enables those looking to develop their skills, whether for personal or professional gain, to do so in a setting that can realistically blend theory with practice.
Far from limited to just powerboat courses, the OA Academy offers a variety of subjects, taught by highly regarded experts and limited to small groups to maintain the OA reputation for crafting the best of experiences. Time on the water is a strong point of difference, with this practical aspect enabling greater understanding and competency.
The website for One Atlantek needed to be highly responsive to all such developments. Course availability needed to be regularly updated, as did pop-up events (such as the Henley Regatta helicopter & rib experience!). Tim needed to know he could manage this himself, but with the reassurance of knowing I could hop onboard for updates quick as a flash when needed too.
The stress-free approach to launching all this for One Atlantek has ensured that Tim can save his energy for the planning and delivery of his service. It's a journey I feel very privileged to be part of, with WhatsApp's like below making my own swap of sea-life to screen-life just that little bit easier! My huge thanks to Tim and One Atlantek.
